DuGen: I don't think your wait is ill advised. The sink over the last 6 months is enough to validate that as an investment strategy. I'm acquiring blocks in technologies that are (in my opinion) positioned to be players (in some cases by accident) in the evolution of a US Government Strategic policy called the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). (For ITS info go to www.itsa.org; www.sae.org; www.iso.org or any recognized Standards Development Organization (SDO) world-wide). Any offering regarding GMS, PCS, CDPD (and WAP), private & trunked radio networks, cellular services, location management, fleet management, incident tracking and reporting, automotive sensors and diagnostics and freight logistics is going to get a look from me as I really believe we are about to 'become one' with our cars & trucks! There is a strong possibility that these smaller communication enabler companies will grow VERY fast. Especially if a shark starts gobbling up these guys to build a national organization.
