Spares and Support (S&S). What are they? And how much revenue do they generate? Replacement laser source, $50,000/laser-unit every 3 months Chamber --? Gas ---? Other parts and consumables --? Support labor --? Total/laser-unit --? In the last CC Angus said spares and support would amount to about 15% of total 1998 revenue. It seems to me that 15% S&S is understated by quite a bit just based on the replacement laser source alone. Allowing one replacement under warranty would still generate at least $100,000/yr for each of the 260 operational lasers for the first year and double that amount for the second and subsequent years. The S&S % should increase every year to the point it becomes the predominant revenue generator. Could someone kindly project % S&S earnings. Thanks. Tulvio
