Talked to Daniel Mendez today. I liked what I heard. I think the characterization of this being a "hidden jewel" (or something to that effect) was right on. It looks like they have been working with the Chinese for years, sort of building an infrastructure. Now, they have all the rights to sell LPG, and build the pipelines for something like 40 years. They have the political backing. At this conference, it looks like all the big boys finally realized what LGOV has. Apparently they have been making some proposals. Daniel said they were in a good position to pick the best one. He did not guarantee that a deal would be made, but, I felt that it is what they would like to do, and seems likely in MY OPINION. As reported here they have hired a fourth accountant to look at their financials. The financials seemed to be done, this guy is being used to give them a good once over, and make sure all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. IMO we should see these soon. On the 16th, the company will be sending out a "brochure" to shareholders and investment houses (I am not sure that is the exact term he used) that will explain what's been going on with the company. They are very anxious to get the stock a NASDAQ listing WITHOUT a reverse split.

In my opinion, if they strike a deal with one of these company's (Exxon, Texaco, Shell, etc.), the stock will skyrocket. I think this is a good long, but, in the short term, we have incredible potential if a deal is signed.

This is just my opinion.

Rob.
