Hi John.... The stock is having "difficulty" at the $ 22 level because there is a block of stock held for sale at that price. Until someone can execute the entire order (thus lifting the cap on trading), the shares will be tightly rangebound. Sizeable sellers will be inconsequential once we have the first quarter report "out of the way." Because we are all long-term investors, another month to wait for the numbers doesn't seem interminable. At least to me. <G> Have a good day.
