Hank, I was probably the one you are alluding to who said that the secondary would probably take place before the end of the month but this was only based on the knowledge that a company must file for a secondary with the SEC at least 30 days prior to the offering. Since I posted, I've found out that VII does 1/3 of its business overseas but this also includes Europe, so, like you, I can't imagine VII does a significant amount in the Pacific Rim just yet.
