Tito, Big Bucks, and others, >Then, when the stock splits, I will have 2000 shares valued at 100K still; later, when the stock goes down to 30 (post split),. . .<

I believe that most of us on this site believe that AMAT's stock price will be at a high range so that the stock will have a 2x1 split in 1999.

What do we believe will be the number of splits we can expect on or prior to the year 2006?

I am hoping for 3 3x1 splits in addition to the 1999 2x1 split, one in 2001, 2003 and 2005 or 2006. If this time table would hold each of us on this site would have eight times the number of share in AMAT that we now hold. That translates into $$$$$$. Just dreaming! Is this dream realistic?

Just my thoughts.
