I would like to thank Jimmy John for his tenacity and the years of work that he has put into Naxos. It is meritorious of him to agree to step aside as Naxos moves into a new stage of life, allowing mining professionals to steer the company. The advisory committee that will be heading the search for the new CEO, will be composed of a half dozen large shareholders that have the ears of many other shareholders. The essence of this search is to allow the shareholders to have substantive input into picking their own future CEO. Regards, Kim W.
