Check out EOPT. They have a subsidiary, American Millenium Corporation, that has a contract with ORBI and with Union Pacific R.R. to monitor UPR's assets w/ ORBCOMM. There is a website for either EOPT or AMC, but I didn't save it. On the website is a demonstration of the tracking function, and in the caption of that screen is "Torrey Science."

It is a deal with Caterpillar! ORBI has always said they have
a strong relationship with Caterpillar...
