Dave and ALL, what if some of the REG S was sold into the float (short or otherwise) before other "domestic" investors were found.

And if once the "buy back" was agreed to, those shares already in the float would have to be "surgically" removed so that our benefactors wouldn't have to pay through the nose.

Then wouldn't/couldn't some of this tremendous volume be attributed to removing the Reg S from the float?

Or what if the holders of the Reg S don't want to part with their shares and would rather sell them on the open market. So now the benefactors would have to keep a close eye on the selling volume and pick up those shares as they are sold thus keeping the price stable as it has been.

Isn't speculation fun?? Just trying to understand how 9.2M shares don't more the price up...

Any other thoughts??

Hello! Dave,

Your recent posting mentioning any/all possibilities of a merger between the AMERICAN and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges, was an interesting one ( and thanks for providing some other reference sites--to review!).

I can't even begin to fathom what a mangled webb that would be to contemplate ( Just my own opinion!)---especially when one considers the time, energy and effort that has been dedicated just to get CVIA and WOTD merger discussions from moving forward. All this and at this point in time a stock that trades under .02 cents!

From my brief exposure, to this thread and the potential CVIA Merger,
it is difficult for me to even imagine that such a merger ( between Stock Exchanges) could be achieved in short period of time without , boat loads of speculation, etc. ( Of course just my own opinion!)

For now, or at least the time being I will remain content just waiting to see what transpires from the efforts that Jack Arnold has put forth!

Keeping My Fingers Crossed!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
