so their data were a few days old

More likely they were using the same weighted average outstanding
shares figure, rather than proforma, fully diluted shares, that the
Yahoo quotes and profile use. From the earnings press release:

Basic and diluted loss per share ($0.03)
Weighted average common shares
used in loss per share
calculation 44,767
Pro forma diluted income
per share (unaudited) (a) $0.05
Weighted average common
shares used in pro forma
diluted income per share
calculation 53,255

But, what's a billion dollars when you're talking about change on the
scale of the big bang?
