QNTM going up after Bear Stearns downgrad, look at my post a couple of days ago, I said it before, when they start downgrading this stock, that's when they accumulate cheap for the long term, when they start telling you to buy it, bail the hell out, they are looking for buyers to sell back to on the high side.
