Ahmed-

O.I. decline in a sideways move is generally a bullish indicator. I'm a little concerned about a move to the downside given some of the other indicators.

I have never used Candlesticks so I wouldn't know
what a hammer formation was. I generally do very short term trading, though have some of my long term portfolio in silver/silver stocks. I have never found a head and shoulders formation useful in my trading. Lately, the PAASF indicator, O.I changes, and triangles/sideways channels are what I am using.

I have been looking recently at silver's seasonal tendencies.
12/94 low 4.50 : 5/95 high 6.12
12/95 low 5.05 : 2/96 high 5.88
12/96 low 4.64 : 3/97 high 5.39
10/97 low 4.63 : 2/98 high 7.40
This pattern didn't work in 92 or 93, but I'm looking at it now as I trade with the other indicators, as I will next fall.
