"My source told me this morning that the landlord is "intransigent; and, that the small financing package [if it bears fruition]will barely pay the back rent. It's my guess that the debenture holders are probably Baker and one of the other board members [probably took debentures in lieu of salaries]. "

I appreciate the comment, but. $1,000,000 in back rent??? I find that one hard to beleive. Yes, it is critcial to find out WHO the debenture holders are. This has not been disclosed, and is critical to the process. If it is the Baker Boyz, then they will surely take a surbordinate and the deal will go thru. It if someone on the outside, then it is another whole story and this could get dicey. We'll see.
