Malcom, he really was tight lipped on the timing of everything, but, the "brochures". I tried to no avail to even get a range, like within a month, week, etc., but, he wouldn't divulge anything. My own sense, is that they should be out by months end. It doesn't seem like this fourth accountant should take too long (2 weeks?), and then I guess it depends on how long the SEC takes to process them. I heard if it's done electronically (EDGAR) it's pretty quick, but, this is LGOV first one, so maybe it will take longer. Rob.
