There is no way that I can match any of you in terms of quoting scripture. You are a very impressive bunch! That devil worshipper is still a product of God and God loves that Devil Worshipper as much as he loves you or I. That is just a person who is seriously lost IMO. God, being the epitome of Love and Compassion will surely continue to forgive and Love that person, just as a parent loves a wayward child.
