Barron, The acquisition of Tseng was hardly material. It was only $3.6 Million. Therefore, don't expect any "restructuring".

Also, the Number Nine order was for some very run-of-the-mill add-in boards for a server product line at IBM. I'd swag the volume of those Number Nine boards at around 10,000 per year, at maybe $40 per board for $400K. If I'm off by a factor of 10, it's still not a big deal. Again, not material. Pry open the lids of some Aptivas and you'll find many ATI chips.

Earnings should come out mid April.

PC industry "slowdowns" if there is such a thing (I think it's more of a shift to low end boxes that squeezed some folks), could be hidden in share growth, which ATI has demonstrated the past several quarters. I can't comment on the future.
