Thanks, but if I lived by those kinds of fears everyday, I'd never make one cent investing. I bought NOVL at 7 1/2, using the rationale of value and the job that Schmidt was doing. If I used your sentiment as the norm, then its quite bullish for the contrarian. However, you are right, there are positives and negatives on both sides of NOVL, and thats what makes investing an interesting endeavor.
