Oracle beat estimates -- 22 cents vs. 19 cents estimated. A surprise, but not a gigantic surprise. Wonder whether this will give ASND/techs a boost tomorrow.

Gary,

With an average price of 29+, I felt it was O.k. My problem is before I joined SI and got to know good people like you, I used to buy a lot of naked calls and I lost a bunch on this baby's calls. So I am a bit nervous and I just wanted to lock some profits to offset those loses. However, your point regarding ASND's long term opportunity is well taken. I still could come back into it after April 16, one way or the other. Thanks once again.

Gary,

As prudent Asnd investors, we are very fortunate to have you on our side. Thank you for constantly staying on top of Asnd's short-term and long term strength, opportunities, and any concerns.

Truthfully, I trust you as a person and your good judgments. And I think many other people on this thread feel the same way. (Of course, Trusting another person's integrity/character does not mean depending on others for your own investment decisions.)

You being a lawyer, I think Asnd management might have been very straight forward and conservative in answering your inquiries. That is definitely a plus. JMHO

Again, I feel comfortable as a long-term holder. AS LONG AS YOU AND THE OTHERS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND KEEP US INFORMED. :))

Jan

OT - Gary, the blow down of my Netscape software has caused me to be unable to get aftermarket quotes. Could you please do me the off topic favor and post the final aftermarket on ORCL this evening when you get a chance.

Thanks, Dennis

Good investing for you too! I want to make it clear that I'm not bearish on ASND, but I
am concerned that visibility is less than it once was. With less visibility there is more
risk. (Both upside and downside risk, I suppose).

Gary,

Downside is more prevalent when visibility is lacking.
