Addi,

As you know, IFMX did have a brain drain and due to expense restrictions (and
very slow reaction from senior mgmt) did not hire for a while. It is VERY good
to see them going after good talent. The product is complicated and will
get more complicated in the future as more advanced features are added.
IUS and XPS are not for the faint of heart.

It wasn't to many years ago that microsoft would not even talk to you if you were not in the top 10% of your class and a GPA of 3.5 or higher. It is very obvious what high standards will do for a company. I had a math instructor once whose favorite saying was " ther ain't no substitute for brains." That's what it takes to become the # 1 software company in America.

PS. Not to many dumb folks get a MBA from Harvard either.
