I just got off the phone from Tim Metz at PeakSoft. I expressed my concerns about the further fall of the stock. He said it is due to dumping of shares, and told me that one individual had gotten rid of 20,000 shares. He said the company is going through a difficult time, due to the late release of NetMagnet. However, he said management have taken significant pay cuts as a show of faith, that he is confident a listing on the NASDAQ BB will happen, and he is also predicting "strategic announcements" from the company as soon as next week. I inferred that shareholders should be happy once these announcements are made. FWIW... Brian
