joint venture and equity participation with Telephonetics Overseas Corp. of Miami.

That is a loaded statement.

My guess is that Telephonetics is going to make an investment and possibly operate the callback system as a service provider in return for a cut of the revenue. But, I am of course speculating.

Another good question is why would they want to go in with ADGI.
