In light of the lawsuit, this may be perceived as an short term negative...a form of admission of guilt? Anyone have access to instinet quotes...doesn't seem to have traded on the Pacific exchange.

Perhaps they really will have to re-state the last 9 quarters?

Just speculating of course Paul.

Paul >>Any explanation coming from Novell. I mean he all of a sudden decides to bow out?<<

Paul, on second thought perhaps they have to go back further than that. (9 quarters).

Oh, I don't know Paul. Just speculating like everyone else does on these chat boards, you know, speculation.. pseudonyms, etc., etc.
Can't keep track of it all anymore, like even who's who anymore and all that.

***Update: Okay now, I just saw Quad-K's post (and made the 15 min. window).

He called Troop and all is okay. This was expected and has nothing to do with the lawsuit, which Troop says is a non-issue. I'm glad to hear all is well.

Ignore my last post and this one.

Sorry.
