I wasn't on the conference call, and don't know what questions were asked or answered. However, I believe the liabilities and shareholder equity are very clear cut. TRIBY made several acquisitions in 1997. The goodwill from these acquisitions is treated as a liability. Increased liabilities translate directly into decreased book value.

Shares outstanding I can't comment on.
