To All:

I have only had a brief opportunity to look at the release containing the test results. The numbers seem to be 1/10th of what Ledoux got the last time it released certified results. Is that a concern? Of course it is but everything is relative here. The processing lab is still learning the J/L process. We're coming out with numbers that are within the industry standard as I understand it. I'm sure we'll be getting some in depth analysis by those who are well versed in this area as to such things as the consistency of the numbers from the various depths. As others have already stated, standard lead fire assaying was used, apparently without modification to show that the gold is there in viable quantities even using the standard (albeit really outdated) industry accepted testing procedure.

Bottom-line is the company is now heading in a very good direction. We're on our way to getting mining experts running the most important aspects of this company. I have no doubt we'll be getting some very astute business professionals as well, who can take this exceptional property and sell its potential to major investors. Quite frankly, I have never felt better about the future of Naxos. While I would have loved to see multiple opt figures, the results are still reasonable and will more than likely improve. The ASC issue should be resolved without much difficulty now. That should lead to the removal of a major stigma that keeps brokers from recommending this stock to their clients and bring us electronic trading.

If anyone thinks the events of the last 48 hours are negative, you need a reality check. But for the extraordinary results achieved by Ledoux per the last release, the results we got today would have been heralded as revolutionary for this company. IMO, these results will likely have greater acceptance in the mining community. As they improve, we will be able to further educate that community on the process that has brought about the improvement.

I too wish to add my deepest gratitude to Jimmy John for a great job in bringing the company to where it is today. We're all in this boat together and our fate is intertwined. We had to take the next step and Mr. John had great foresight in accepting this important move that was necessary to the well-being of the company's future. We should all be grateful for this.
