No, that's AETG. I've been trying to find out if they ever actually purchased Telephonetics Overseas (TOC). That news release is almost a year old. Hard to say what's happened in the interim. The interesting thing in this release is the fact that TOC is licensed to sell Telephonetics International's (TII) products. TII is a substantial company. AETG hasn't done too well long term, but its recent news releases show they may be moving in the right direction.

But I doubt if ADGI is getting into bed with AETG. Probably what happened is that AETG never actually carried through with the deal to buy TOC. What this shows is that ADGI is really serious about getting into telecommunications products.
