I believe it is. At the very least it shows some stabilization at the
$.80+ level. I have been purchasing ITKG since it was at the $2.75 level. At that level as I believed, as I do now, that the company should be valued at $5.00 a share. Compared to some of the other companies out there with only one non tested technology. I continue to buy.
I noticed as the stock went on it's recent decline it did so in $.25 increments. I think wee are seeing the reverse of that now. The stock seems to be hitting resistance first at the $.75 level and then at the $1.00 level (it crossed $1.00 on two separate occasions). I believe this will continue until:

A: The short term players who got in at $.50 leave ($1.00 is a double for them)

b: ITKG
1: becomes full reporting
2: announces a contract (even if it is $500. toilet fixtures to the C.I.A. and F.B.I. if you know what I mean)
3: shows revenue (not necessarily profit yet)
4: graduates to nasdaq

It is my understanding that the founders who work for the company have not drawn a salary since it's inception. If this is the case I wouldn't read anything bad into them trying to sell a portion of their holdings in order to live. It probable kills them to do it.

Needless to say I'm in for the long haul!!!
