Hey Forest, Cheryl has an excellent reputation on SI. So lay off.

If she says the company told her something, they told her something. She is a respected poster.

Forest, Who kicked your cat, today? If you don't believe somebody, make the call yourself. Nobody is forcing you to do something against your will.

Show a little respect for people that have brought some great finds to SI investors. And I'm NOT talking about "pump & dump garbage."

If you don't know someone's credibility, perhaps your best bet is to check the information out for yourself before you start your accusations.

Brad

Forest, Welcome to the thread. I like the information that I have found so far on GLOW. I am not sure what the news is going to be. It did sound positive. I just know that it should be out by tomorrow.

In my opinion, GLOW has a lot of potential. I could be wrong, but that is the risk I take.

When I like a stock, I begin doing a lot of research. I usually don't buy in large quantities to begin with. Sometimes I wish that I had later on. But if I continue to like what I see, I try to add to my holdings.

Yes, I invest to make a profit and have to sell some or part of my holdings from time to time. If I see something that I don't like about a company or I lose confidence with the management, I get out.

You will never, never, never find me as a pump and dumper. I try to do a lot of research and share it with others. I always say that everyone should do their own research.

For example I began researching FAMH last September. My first buy was around .17 and I have since bought 16 times more than my first investment, at higher levels along the way. I even bought more just today on a dip.

At first FAMH seemed too good to be true like GLOW did. But as I continued to research, I liked the company more and more. That is where I am at with GLOW, continuing to do research.

If you find something good, you want to share it with other people.

Cheryl

Forest, Now to your question. Sure, it is possible for a person to spin people into a frenzy. SI can be dangerous. You have to be careful who you listen to if you can't take the time to verify something yourself.

In this case, the company (GLOW) has indicated that they have about 4 press releases they will be putting out between now and the end of the month.

When I called them, they could not give specific details until the news is made public. However, they did say the news will be good and they said they feel confident they can meet the EPS projections for FY98 they have put out in previous press releases (50› EPS).

To me, that is exciting. They project 50› EPS for FY98 and the stock trades at only 10›. From my research, I have gained a personal comfort level that this stock could be extremely undervalued.

GLOW is a BB stock, so I know I'm not talking WALMART or IBM for accuracy of projections. But if they do even 1/3 or that, I could make some pretty good money here.

For BB stocks, credibility is an extremely important factor. I was not terribly impressed with the way the old management handled things and I can see why the stock fell (although it fell much lower than I thought was justified).

But having talked with the New Management, I am pleasantly surprised with what they have and what they are doing. To me, they are more credible.

I asked questions about how they anticipate achieving 50› EPS and they gave me answers that seem realistic to me. I think their plan has merit. That's why I invested.

What's the news? Well, all I know is that they said it is good and they have several good things to put out. That's what I'm betting on. I believe them. They have credibility with me.

I have passed along my research in this post:
Message 3602107

It is intended to help others get a "jump start" for their own research into GLOW. Hopefully they can use the info there to speed up their DD process.

Hope that clarifies my position and says that I don't know the details. I'm not an insider, but I have my guesses. :-)

We should see #1 of 4 tomorrow. The other 3 releases should follow by the end of the month. Those should give us all a much better picture of GLOW's status.

Sorry to be so long winded.

Best wishes,
Brad
