I have again added to my position in PFCK. In the past several weeks, we have seen this 40 cent stock get a $50 million cash infusion, begin work on a resort project near Vail, CO and get a management interest in a one million unit housing project overseas. Steve Peacock and Wendell Clemons are running the show, and from what I can tell, they are a sharp team. Today, they announced that the stock's book value should soon be increased to between $6-8 a share--yet we stand at 40 cents. There is a PFCK thread I started--I welcome input there pro, con and in between.
