The float is actually 2M. Info below from 8-k including lockup terms.
Personally, I have no idea how to trade in and out of these early runups - felt confident selling PTVL at 23 and it promptly ran to 28 <g>. Dented the confidence level so I'm gonna tuck this one away and let it run it's course. Long from 9 1/4.
