Eric: Just got off the phone with NOVL investor's relations guy, Troop (sp.), and he said that this CFO resignation is in no way is related to the class action suit or any concerns about his performance, they just kept James long enough to complete the restructuring process. So, seems like good news so far. Also, Troop said that the same law firm had filed an action against NOVL in the past, and it was thrown out in court. Hope the same happens with this one. Regards, Quad-K PS: Troop did say that the biggest challenge facing NOVL now is growing their revenues and how Netware 5.0 does. Better be a home run!!
