What did you think of the Annual Report? Where did you see it? The one at Yahoo was one run-on paragraph and basically unreadable. I couldn't find it at Edgar, and I didn't see it on the company's web site.

I saw the range of .10-.12 for Q1 and I think will be at the lower end of the range or possibly a penny light of I/B/E/S estimates since there are many indications of a slowdown in the industry but the comparison will be easy because last year they only made a nickel. As for implication of the future stock price your guess is as good as mine since it has confounded me why VARL has yet to become a momentum play. Also keep in touch with MIZR because I believe the recent product offering of a digital broadband software radio has merit because it can from what I can understand it can integrate the different wireless protocols (GSM, CDMA etc.) Its merger with LSI should ensure worldwide distribution of the product.
