George, Chew a piece of foil? What does that have to do with the price of tea in China, or for that matter the price of DCTC in Nasdaq. Speaking of Nasdaq.... another promise shot to h..... thesurf has the idea. This stock is just a personal "piggy bank" for management. Ask who has been bought out with the "buyback money". MCI style (friends and family) baby!!! DCI for sale? Whats it worth today? The SMTK shares, the Canadian biz and what else? CyberJoke - vaporware that is worth less by the minute because everyone else is already doing fax over IP. UK Switches - Oh well there goes the SMTK money. DCTC Stock Inventory (from buyback) - More SMTK dollars converted into DCTC stock. Anybody want to buy some stock??? The Travel Agency - A way for management to get free airplane rides. The Florida Company - It isn't Joes yet. Yes Sir, great buyback potential here. Boy they must be beating Joes doors down to get in there. Oh and by the way, did someone say REG S????? Secret. Secret. No one wants to talk about that one, ay? Yes, I am new to the SI thread, but only as a "talker", I have been watching you guys for a while on and off. Just couldn't let such a great deal go by. There are many like me out here and you may not like hearing our DAMIEN views but hey, the devil made me do it.... KR

DA, I talked with Joe a few minutes ago and he gave me a synopsis of what will be unfolding for the rest of the month. 1. As we talked he was signing off on the last 3 changes in the WorldPass contract. The numbers are very impressive and will be included in the year end 10-k. Bruce, I would say it should show up on EDGAR by the end of the day on Monday. Once we understand the full impact of this acquisition we will then know why this is the most important event in the life of DCI. I don't know exactly what this means but I'm sure it will be self evident in the forth coming investor newsletter. 2. He hopes to have the newsletter out to all of us by Wednesday of next week but no later than Friday the 20th. Coinciding with the mailing will be 1 or 2 press releases. He did not discuss the content of the releases but my SWAG on them is that they concern CardCall Canada and or DataWave, please keep in mind this is just MO. The content of the releases will be included in the newsletter. 3. Now for the good news/bad news report. Sometime shortly after the mailing of the newsletter DCI will be going into a QUIET PERIOD. You hate QP's, I hate QP's and Joe hates QP's but non the less we will be in one. He said the ramification of this QP will be greater than the acquisition of CyberFax, MullerMedia and the SmartTalk deal all combined. I could tell from his voice that something big had just happened. Best Regards
