thanks alot for obtaining this info. FYI, CMP stands for "chemical mechanical polishing", an increasingly important process-step in semiconductor manufacturing..

also heard the term "CMP=Chemical mechanical Planarization". Heard both but the latter seems more accurate to me..

BTW: do You have any idea regarding the nature of the $1.4 mio. licensing deal NANX inked with a unit of Itochou last quarter ? Is this recurring ? If not, I see some shortterm problems (this quarter) regarding revenues, since the AFC should drag down CMP-orders from Asia at least 3-4 more months..
