Just on speculation alone, get ready for blast off. I'm not thrilled about the 4 for 1 swap, but, with a Nasdaq listing this company may ramp up and run. There's just too many open details. This merger news will make both companies run, but, without knowing the value of the other company we're in the dark. Ira purposely left this information out for obvious reasons.

Hmmm...Maybe good news, maybe not so good. Let's find out....If the other company is on the verge of being delisted, one of the reasons for that would be that they couldn't maintain a price of at least $3 for a period of...I believe....90 days? That is just about the only reason I know of outside of SEC violations for a delisting...Someone tell me some other reasons, please...I'm not too crazy about turning my XX,XXX shares into X,XXX overnight on a $1.50-$2 stock, whilst at the same time assuming a mountain of debt...Not being a naysayer or a party-pooper, just want to discuss this...I won't be able to call Ira tomorrow, someone else should do the honors and let us all know what he may have to say about that particular scenario...and Jane, of COURSE it's chocolate!
