Paul, doesn't that assume that CPQ, IBM, etc will slow current production until their inventory bloat is worked off? I can envision a scenario in which they dump outmoded stocks at fire sale prices but continue new production at normal rates. This may be their best strategy if maintaining current production does not lead to physical bottlenecks in the channel.
