cost structure. that was the whole point of the fiber deal. now that cost savings will start falling from the top line to the bottom. i do thin that psix could get revalued as not just a commercial isp but as an ip-based voice and data service...like a clex. remember all those comments about how ridiculous the terms of the fiber deal and how IXC would get control of the company because the stock price could never reach the targets? those targets don't look so far off now.
