Looks like it could be any kind of company that is in MN, because there is only 1 publicly traded temp. staffing co. in MN, and it is a $33 dollar stock.

Freddie I agree Brad is correct. I have only one thought here, since
we don't know the name of the other company it isn't going to move. I
trust FAMH will, in fact $1 will not surprise me tomorrow so does the
4 to 1 become 2 to 1?. I suspect this is why we are not being told the name of the other co. I love it!

Freddie, I agree. And for FAMH to be able to move to NASDAQ so quickly will be great. I think a move to NASDAQ will have significant positive impact on the share price.

I would think that we would likely see the price continue to move up with a NASDAQ listing especialy with an EPS of .36 cents.

It also sounds like Myriad may be closing next week. That is great news in my opinion. It should have a very positive impact when an announcement on the closing of Myriad is released.
