Let's say its a given that the payment will be made to Amax on time. Then what? How much cash does this company have? Is it going to be able to carry on any sort of operation without entering into a joint venture with a major? What is the next step? These are just some questions that I think investors and prospective investors have a right to know. I sure would like to know.

John what's the deal. If it was not for you, there would be very little on this thread. X-Cal just made a big payment and now is broke. What's it going to do now? Sell more warrants?
