Joe, don't know of any filings, but I haven't looked for any either. I'm just curious if the suit has progressed any. Suppose I could call Michelle Johnson at 310-208-2800, but that's long distance for me, and I don't want to waste any more money on this one, if you know what I mean. gggg. Ken

Oh, come on...this thing needs some hype!! $55 has to be right around the corner!! It just can't (and I do mean can't) go down much more. It's in the bag, a no-brainer....buy now for the return of a lifetime. A measly $100 investment in 10,000 shares will return $549,900 -- all minus com's of course.... From there the math is mind boggling. Heck, this could be the start of a new thread: "Turn $200 into 1 Million" It would put that $10K to $100K thread to shame.. Isn't a little risk worth this kind of return....:) Troy
