FAMH - tax

I got post #6000. According to the rules
of the thread, everyone is taxed 100 shares
and it is given to me.

Shouldn't the EPS (post-merger) be around 0.43 (0.10825*4)?

My interpretation of the 0.36 figure would be the following:

1. with only FAMH shares the EPS would be about 0.43

2. there MUST be outstanding shares of the present company but the diluting effect would be only about 0.07 or roughtly 15%. That is dilution but the original company must be worth something and it may be a cheap price to pay for the quick move to NASDAQ.

Let's hope this all works out favorably for all of us.

Best to all shareholders, Later, Leroyt
