william, I'll check it out, along with probably the other 100 on this thread! Did the news you have on DS indicate that they had a concern about being delisted (as referenced in the Firamada release?) also, do you have a source (web page url?)

Also, who says it has to be under $3.00. That would be logical but a straight swap 4 for 1 would mean a $2.00 company. But it could be a higher price.. Ira might be anticipating a FAMH run up on the news. Lets keep looking... Is there any database on NASDAQ companies someone can refer us to? Also, I hope its not the NASDAQ Small Cap Ira is talking about. Searching..searching... Mark
