Hello again Paul, (OTOT) About that hydrating, I meant dehydrating. And yes it is very interesting. Next week we will actually do some canning in tin cans in the canning kitchen which is on site at the extension office. When we finish our training, we will educate the public on these matters. That is great about you posting some good health information as your posts are always so interesting and informative. Yesterday as I told Sonny, we had a microbiologist talk to us and we did some cultures (bacteria) of different things like dirty hand vs. clean hands, hair etc. It was most informative and very interesting.
