OFF TOPIC: Cheryl , the most amazing thing in that statement is: "Reached by phone, Firamada President Ira Monas" Reached by phone? Wow next time Jonathan calls he should say "Hi this is Reuters calling for Ira.." Maybe they wont swear at him next time. Reuters has BatPhone too? <Inside joke for oldtime FAMHers> (well old time being 11/97 lol) Man.. do I watch the NCAA's or search for this damn MN company... does anyone have a site that could be helpful?? I would have preferred the release of the financials prior to this type of announcement. It would have a more dramatic impact if Ira had waited to announce the fully completed deal next week. I am not good with financials, but a question to someone who is. If FAMH stock appreciates before the deal is inked, what effect will this have on the 4 to 1 share swap ? Are there examples of this type of transaction in the past ? I guess a lot hinges on what the stock price is for the company we are merging with. Thanx all & cut back on the candy, Just kidding Ken
