If about 100% really means 85% then .43 pre-merger == .36 post-merger. Deal will likely not be based on earnings either way, but rather on share prices of both on merger day.

I too have the same question, but don't know if I remember right.

I have read several posts since the acquisition first was announced, about speculation on how the Myraid shares have an effect on 97 eps. Myraid should have no effect whatsoever on the 97 eps. The letter of intent wasn't announced until jan 7. Any comments?

I also have a little knot in my stomache about the 4 for 1 deal, but if it all works out in the end we all should be happy.(wouldn't mind retiring early)
Price should jump to around .75 in mid-morning trading then settle back to .60 or so after the RS profit takers sell off.
