Regarding Wired's comments about the background of Pattison Hayton and his venture capital backing of NETZ, I ask the following: Are America's tobacco executives as credible as the allegations against Pattison Hayton by Wired? For all the negative stuff heaped on Hayton, let's step back for a moment and think a bit about America's tobacco industry. These executives oversaw a longtime cover-up of tobacco's ill health effects. Heck, they make Hayton look like a saint. Him and Joe Camel!

Last time I checked, investors are still buying into tobacco stocks, are they not?

Notwithstanding a few bad reputations--which never make anything easy--I like the idea of Zulu forming, buying Echo; Ozemail being purchased by Softbank Interactive; Zulu buying Softbank; and the private placement with ESVS and the cross alliance of NB Digital, with the e-commerce connection with Universal. You put it together, and there's something here, involving companies that esbablished track records in New Age Advertising.
