This is a reverse split. No two ways about it. If you now own
100 shares and then you own 25 shares. Wala, you have a Reverse
Split. Now wrap it all up in a bright pink bow with a note that
says - Deliver to NASDAQ and you have a DEAL.

I agree a reverse split with supposedly a guaranteed listing ! Hope this works out ok.

Yes, this is a reverse split. The NASDAQ listing just makes the medicine easier to swallow.
