Sure it's an RS . . . but without the TAINT! And with the instant, high value, advantage of a NASDAQ listing and the credibility that goes with it. Ira, you are truly a market magician! As Bette Davis once said, "Fasten your safety belts, folks, it's going to be a bumpy ride!"

Kevin, I agree with you somewhat. This is pretty much a reverse split if we are merely taking over a "shell of a company". However all the things that have been talked about on this thread such as bigger players taking a look at FAHM can now become a reality. I don't think any of us wanted to be a penny stock for ever. Personally, I am excited about this. I think most penny stocks would love to be in this position. Keep up the good work Ira!

Any comments; Cheryl, Jin, Brad, Jane or anyone else?

Kevin---I'm with you. This looks so good, it looks like bait. It's beginning to spook me too. If I had the numbers, I could sleep better. I think we are in for a ride though, their is so much excitement now anything is possible. The daytraders will be back tomorrow for sure.......

Finally caught up!!! It is great to see so many new names on the
board. I am excited about the news! However, just like Kevin, I
have my concerns, main one being of course the release of the real
audited numbers. Perhaps the audit was perform to get a proper evaluation of the company for the purpose of the merger.

One thing to remember: There is no new IPO here, Ira is basically
setting the stock price, A price of $2.00 on day one
(4x .50 - today's numbers. If the public - new investors outside
of our FAMHily perceive the new company as overvalue or
uninteresting (Check BIPL - great everything but no followers)
then we are in for a ride to the Dead Sea.
