LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES: Lucent Technologies announces
integrated telemanagement Software package

MAR 12, 1998, M2 Communications -

Lucent Technologies today introduced

telecommunications management software that enables businesses to integrate key
tracking and analysis tools into a single package.

Lucent's Telecommunications Management Software (TMS) for Windows* allows medium
and large-sized businesses to track and analyze their telecommunications usage and
costs, monitor their equipment and network performance, manage their service technician
workflow, handle inventory and more with one integrated product. Telecommunications
managers can access and analyze key information through graphical displays and can
generate hundreds of useful reports.

"By combining multiple systems into a single central data base, businesses control their
costs while using an efficient and sophisticated tool to manage their information," said
Bruce Borri, general manager, Sourced Products, Lucent Technologies.

TMS for Windows provides three modules: the Call Management Module, Asset/Inventory
Management Module and Services Module.

The Call Management Module allows businesses to manage and analyze data generated
from multiple locations. This module includes more than 100 standard reports, such as
number and time of calls, calling patterns and costs. Businesses also can analyze calling
traffic patterns using their own criteria.

The Assets/Inventory Management Module allows businesses to track their inventory,
vendors, warranty information, charge codes and more.

The Service Module allows businesses to monitor service orders, trouble tickets, problem
resolution and other service-related processes.

TMS for Windows software interfaces with Lucent's DEFINITY Enterprise Communication
Server, the company's flagship PBX product, via Lucent's TERRANOVA Auto Transfer. TMS
for Windows uses the Microsoft Windows NT* operating system, and is available in a
single-user server format or through a multi-user client server configuration.

Users can access TMS for Windows through a Windows 95* or Windows NT work station.
TMS for Windows uses Informix*, a relational data base manager with an Open DataBase
Connectivity interface, so businesses can use it with other open systems.

TMS for Windows can be tailored to fit the particular size of a business and with its
integrated design can be easily upgraded as the business' requirements change.

TMS for Windows was designed and developed by MOSCOM Corporation of Rochester,
N.Y. It is licensed by MOSCOM for distribution through Lucent's sales force.

TMS for Windows is available immediately in the U.S.. Prices range from $65,000 to
$235,000 per system.

Lucent Technologies, headquartered in Murray Hill, N.J., designs, builds and delivers a
wide range of public and private networks, communications systems and software, data
networking systems, business telephone systems and microelectronics components. Bell
Laboratories is the research and development arm of the company. For more information

I have quote.com...its a paid service...and provides delay quotes and trade execution information...for after market, quote.com only provides a few points...overall, I believe its an excellent service and a must for avid investors

but nevertheless, I believe IFMX will close above 8 tommorrow and will settle between 9-10 in a few weeks...this is based on my personal equity valuation (risk and growth)

cheers

No there is no charge - at least I've never paid one. I'm able to link directly to the page without entering a login, however, I may have signed up long ago and they're keeping a cookie that allows me to do this. Start at their home page - register as a user - then go to Live Charts. That should do it for you.
