Yes her stock options vested and now she can sell them. You have to report the amount of shares if the option price is lower than the current stock price since they will affect the EPS. Hmmmm if that many new shares just came down the line that means they better have one hell of a quater or the dilution is going to really tank this puppy. This could be why they started dumped shares. 20% or so increase in number of shares would mean a much lower EPS. Hmmmmmmm
Someone needs to check to see if total number of shares have incresed. They will usually give 2 figuers, one the total number of shares outstanding and the total number of shares available.
