The issue is not really the physical size, though most of the "small" facilities in Texas are small church, VFW and fraternal organizations. These type organizations use their facilities in many ways and are not conducive to full-time bingo operations. The issue is regulatory. Only "Grandfathered" commercial lessor licensees may operate a facility 14 sessions a week and charge up to $600.00 per session. Charitable Bingo is highly regulated in Texas as in most states. K & B Sales is the second largest distributor in Texas and currently represents and has placed into the Texas market the following: Fortunet, BTC TED, Power Bingo / System 12. K & B has recently begun representing the AGT Max Lite, Cadilac Bingo and Bingo Magic. Most K & B's sales revenue comes for the Fortunet electronic bingo product.
